I go to mount it and still it just allows me to mount, no option to tether

then it's not fully installed, did you follow *all* the directions, and if you reboot while holding down the "x" what does the screen look like?

It says E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command when I restart while holding x then pressing the volume up and camera once in the menu.

Anything I'm doing wrong?
