App that roots/OCs/multi-touches and tethers for $5

Now that you (camel) have come by... I feel much better about using this application, knowing that answers to questions can come directly from the source. I will be taking the plunge this evening

Quick question to dev... (even though I already got a good answer from someone earlier) "What needs to be done to return the phone to non rooted, should I decide to uninstall the app and un root?"

I am not disappointed.......excellent excellent job

Edit : Car home is back and in the removing files...unmark "car dock" prefect...now

im in the option screen (blue) may i ask where is car home under

thees two menus..one is packe installs...click enter..one is package removels....there you scroll down to car dock and unmark it by pressing enter..then scoll up to finish

This is the step everyone is missing. I waited over a Hour and a half then did this and it started downloading instantly.

Yep Yep! I waited for an hour and a half with the black screen. Then I hit the Home button, and re-launched the app and the download started instantly.

This needs to be POSTED IN BOLD on this thread.

Look for an option named "remove car dock" and uncheck it. I'm not sure which menu it's on, since it has been a while since I've installed 1.2. You might want to ask the ROM maintainers (Berzerker and trevorj) about these questions, since it doesn't really have to do with the updater apk.

Nope, just wait for it to dismiss itself. After it finishes downloading, it verifies the MD5, which can take a few moments. If it takes longer than 10 seconds or so, something may have gone wrong; you may want to cancel and restart the download. You'll have to use the 'back' button (instead of home) to kill the running activity in this case.

not to blow smoke, but if you continue to provide the support that you do then I do not see a problem with the $5 price tag (i have no problem paying more). I can understand why you would say "donations" but that is not too high of a price to pay. You did all the work so that so that we no cussing at the phone/computer and complaining to people about our phones not working, or worse case scenario bricking it.
