    Google Voice

    Two questions. Does google voice work properly on the thunderbolt and since its free in the US and Canada can I use google voice on my thunderbolt to call home to the states without incurring any fees from Verizon??

    Unfortunately Google voice doesn't support voip on phones yet so u would still be charged roaming minutes. Try using it from a laptop if u can. Or maybe Skype?

    It is only using your Google voice number so the person you are calling see that number instead of your actual cell number but you are still using Verizon's calling network.
