mobi2spy help

Ok. So this app works......for a couple of days then suddenly i cant see the new sms or images. But the calls, web and even the location i can view them . So i was wondering what could have made this happen? emailed customer service and they said that the person has not made sent any sms... impossible because i am getting it for the whole day.
