(Issue: Mobile Banking App) it deleted my bank account after a force close during a t

It deleted my bank account after I tried to transfer money from one of my accounts to another. I do this often, but today I did it after getting my phone cut back on from a failed wall charge last night. And the app forced closed right after the transfer, when it was asking me for the final confirmation.

I had reopened the app to make sure the money transferred like I wanted. Which it did. So I turned off phone to save battery. But when I cut it back on, and check my Mobile Banking app. I notice I was missing my other account. I only had 1 account now.

I went to my Bank's ATM, and it also say I only have 1 account now.

WTF!? what happen?

Need to bring it up with your bank, if you were using their official app. If you were using some other app, talk to the devs, along with your bank. There's nothing anyone here can do.
