Free i-phone Apps on Droid

Can someone write a code/program to migrate or virtualize (VM) I-Phone APPS on the Motorola Droid?

If there is a way to convert all the popular APPS (not to reinvent the wheel again) on the Iphone platform and put the code thru this "grinder program" which will simply make that i-phone app convertable for install on the Motorola Droid so that it works exactly as it does on the iphone or better??? Can such a program be designed on the binary level??
