Gym Armband?

Yeah, don't buy that crap. Get one made fore the iPod Touch... here's one I purchased:

It fits perfectly, nothing hangs out, and all of the screen is visible. It's also comfortable and cheap.

I thought I would test it out to see if it is something we would want to carry but I'm still on the fence about it and whether we should stock them. The build quality is good but it doesn't fit exactly right since it is made for iPhone. It has a cord holder which is nice, and if I used it without the case on my Droid I'm guessing it would fit much better. One thing that is nice, is that it holds the phone on the outside of the band so it doesn't dig into your arm like other brands. All-in-all it's not bad, but for someone picky they may be disappointed.

I picked up the Belkin Dualfit and until they make one specifically for the Droid your not going to find a better one. It is very snug but you can still see the entire screen and the touch screen works perfectly. Plus the armband is one of the more comfortable ones out there.

Does anyone know of any that aren't snug? I keep my Droid in a plastic case and would like an armband that fits with the case on.

Got a 4Gig Sansa Clip from WalMart on sale for $25 that I use as my gym MP3 player with VModa Bass Freq headphones from Amazon for $16. This is a killer combo. I just couldn't see strapping this brick to my arm. The bluetooth sounds nice for the gym though. If I were to do that I'd probably just carry the phone and sit it down with my towel and water bottle. For me the Clip works perfect. I can't even feel it clipped to my shirt. Of course I can't take calls on the Sansa so that would be an issue but I go to the gym to work out not to chat but that's just me.

Resurrecting an old thread here. What have people found with their armbands? I just downloaded the Soft Race app and want to get going with that. What have y'all found to work?

I got this one from amazon. Its called the sportband from eforcity. I got it really cheap, about 6 bucks including shipping. I have a Seidio case on my phone and it still fits in the armband perfect

When I'm running I put my Droid in my Amphipod pouch. I use bluetooth headphones.

I've found that this is a much better setup than an armband!
