"Almost Perfect" Case

I've been frustrated trying to find the right carrying solution for my phone. I'm looking for a vertical case that can slip into a shirt pocket while still allowing access to volume, earphone jack. The almost perfect solution I found is an "Uncle Mike's" pocket gun holster, size 2 if I remember correctly. It fits snug and doesn't fall out of my pocket when I bend down
