Webtop from dock stopped working

Phone = Droid Bionic
I used the webtop app when I first received my dock. It worked fine then, but now when I connect the option for webtop does not even appear. I had some trouble with applications disappearing from the phone when moved to the SD card using App2SD. I uninstalled that app and reinstalled the apps that were gone. Not sure if that has anything to do with the problem or not but it is something that happened between attempts to use the webtop application. I suppose I could restore the phone to factory settings and start over but you all might have a better solution. Where would the program files be located and how would I check to see if they are still there?

I did notice eventually that the charging icon did not appear when I cradled the phone so I unplugged and replugged in the adapter and as soon as that worked the Webtop app appeared in my list of options. Just thought I'd let you guys know to look for that if the Webtop is not working.
