    I had great experience with Zagg shipping. I ordered the 6,000 mAh battery and it arrived a coupleof days later. I would follow up with a call. Are you sure it is a UPS number and not a USPS?

    Yeah, where would that battery be? As far as I know, they don't even have the 2600 mah battery available yet, right?

    It is an external pack that has 2 usb ports on it for charging your device. it is about 3.5"x3.5"x1 The wall plug flips out to plug in. Very nice for traveling.
