Wow, that's strange looking. Could be just the app. Reinstalling or wiping it's cache might do the trick. If other apps start to display this behaviour, that's when I would start to worry.

Just yanked my 3 year video card a couple months ago and went to onboard.

I can't figure why this would happen. I've dropped this phone a couple times, but never very far and never to a hard surface.
