    Question Display glitch

    Earlier today while using the Google+ app, my display glitched (flickered with green around the right edge and purple around the left). This happened even after I exited the app and fired up TweetCaster Pro to see if it was G+ causing it. Then I turned the display off and back and and it was normal and has been OK since.

    What could possibly cause something like this?!
    Rooted Droid 4 with Jelly Bean 4.1.2, system version 98.72.18.XT894.Verizon.en.US

    Possible loose/failing ribbon cable would be my suggestion. i had mine completely fail and then short out and fry my phone.

    It seems OK right now. I'll watch closely and see if it happens again.

    Could being dropped cause the cable to come loose?
