    text content displayed in notification

    When I receive a text or FB message the message content scrolls in the notification bar...is there a way to stop this? Thank you all in advance!

    press the text icon.. then press the menu button (far left) Messaging settings, scroll down to where it says notifications and uncheck the box
    Droid 4 - Stock 4.1.2 (Unrooted)
    Droid 2 Global - Stock 2.3.4 (Unrooted)
    Droid X - Stock 2.3.3 (Rooted!)
