Will I Still Get Android Updates?

I rooted my D4 and removed certain annoying VZW apps - Navigator, NFL Mobile, Mog Music - a few of my coworkers got Ice Cream Sandwich last week and I didn't. Did my hack block that?

Did you freeze them or remove the apps?
If we all agree on it, it must be true.[citation needed]

As long as you're on stock f/w, and that f/w is OTA then you should get it.

Now, will you be able to upgrade is different. If you uninstalled the above apps, the update won't take, because it wants the apps there.

Thats not good. You should of just freezed them then download the app Voodoo OTA root keeper. Just reflash the phone and freeze the apps.

Do your coworkers also have D4's? If so, that's the first I've heard of anyone getting ICS as yet. People who got the soak test letter don't even appear to have gotten the update yet.
