    Exclamation New Phone PLEASE HELP!

    I had to order a new phone because my other one just went out on me for no reason. I received my new Droid 4 today at 9am and it has been charging for almost 3 hours now. Why won't my phone turn on?

    Did you try holding the power button down for around 5 seconds?

    I rarely use DF on the desktop and mainly use Tapatalk, so if I don't or can't see something in your sig, a vid, or a pic, don't blame me!!!

    Yes. The "Dual Core Technology" screen comes up as if it is going to turn on and then the question mark comes up on the battery.

    well id get good ole VZW support online, sounds like a bad battery that its not recognizing.
