It's not just you, it's laggy and memory usage is high. I chalked it up to lack of HWComposer.

This morning when I woke up the phone had a message saying Apex was taking too long. I hit OK to close it and it sat for a couple minutes before making any progress. Something else came up briefly then it went back to the AOKP X splash screen and partially restarted (not sure what the term for that restart is), but was still extremely slow. If the phone slowing down so much isn't being experienced by many I might reflash and wipe and see if things improve any. As mentioned before, I am on Hashcode's AOKP, not CM10.1. Any chance we can convince Hashcode that he should prefer AOKP over CM? :D

Is this it? Doesn't look like a big change, unless things that were made incompatible in the past due to using the xt912 (razr) are now going to be unbroken:

The camera app is broken. I get "Unfortunately Gallery has stopped." every time I open it.

Edit: OK, nevermind, I got it to work. I had to hit the 'Yes' button when it asked for location in the camera app.

Just downloaded and installed the latest (02/7) build on my phone and so far not too many problems that I can see first off. Not really sure what the changes are so I can't really see if it specifically fixed anything. My only gripe is that the caps lock button doesn't work for some reason. Not a huge problem but just thought I would mention it. Also I haven't tried out to see if the MMS sending problem has worked but hopefully I should be able to test that out soon. Anyway thanks for a great Jelly Bean ROM!

Anyone else experienced the problem of the backlight going out and not turning back on? I had to restart the phone to recover from this.

Can you customize the auto brightness like Aokp?

Does anyone that uses this ROM, use any flashlight apps? I kinda use that often and it doesn't work well. The LED will come on for a few seconds and then go off, but it seems as though its still enabled in the OS.

Wifi and USB tether not working as of the 02/07 build.
