    I have been running the 9/29 build since it was available. I am wanting to use one of the newer october build, do I need to wipe data/cache or can I just run it as an update?

    I have solid 4G as well as e-mail notifications on the 10/9 stock CM10 build. No gallery issues, either.

    well come to find out, i only get 4g when i 1st reboot onto this rom (jb aokp) the very 1st time i reboot from cwm..after a reboot, will never come back..

    The biggest thing I found changed for the 10/9 release of CM10 was that it now includes an OTA update feature under System Settings >>> About Phone.

    ok so the camera not working is a different bug than the "stock" version...but im still wanting to know the differnce in kexec roms and "stock" version..

    Its a custom built kernel side loaded over the existing Motorola kernel. Since our phone has a locked bootloader, we can't flash kernels like HTC people can...this is a way around that. According to hashc0de its the future hotness--it just has a few bugs that still need ironed out.
