Kexec does NOT have a functional camera atm. Also, Hashc0de warned on Twitter that the newest kexec nightlies will only boot on Safestrap 3, which still isn't public yet.

What gapps are u using? My gallery crashed after installing a MMS thru romtool box

Also highly recommend when you get the rom up and running to update everything (google search) or else it'll fc constantly.

im running jb AOKP, so those same gapps are fine for me?

also 4g wont come back
i went to gsm, cut data off, cut data on, and switch to lte only
tried coming from wifi to 4g
rebooted
power on off

If I'm going from a STOCK 10/2 build to a STOCK 10/9 build, can I just go ahead and install from CMR and not worry about wiping data/cache/davik? Or do I have to redo everything with wiping?

Also, I don't reflash JB Gapps right?

I am on AOKP as well. Same gapps for any JB rom.

Can't say much for 4G. Sometimes I see a 4G icon (I think I saw one this morning), but I usually don't. Then again, I'm almost always near a WiFi connection, or I am indoors. Just disabled WiFi, and mine says 3G.

When going from one build to the next, I have been wiping cache, installing the new ROM, and installing gapps again. Not sure if the gapps reinstall is required, but it seems to work for me and doesn't break anything. Worst case, a couple google apps will need to update from the play store.

The installer script wipes cache...I do it sometimes if it gets finnicky. Don't have to wipe data, or reflash gapps. I just flashed the 10/9 build this morning without issue.
