    How do you backup/restore your data when flashing a custom ROM?

    If a ROM install requires a data/cache wipe, what method do you guys use to backup/restore your data?

    You can't beat Titanium Backup for restoring apps and data. It's the gold standard. I've heard ROM Toolbox's backup and restore function works well also.

    If you don't have root, you can use MyBackupPro to just backup/restore text messages and stuff. But it won't restore app data.

    I use rom toolbox pro. It has all the features of titanium and then some.
