SU binary was up to date. I didnt know we need busybox to install Safestrap.
I just installed busybox, but i still have the same problem with safestrap. Pressing install does nothing, I've downloaded the latest version four times now. The file is in the download folder of the internal sd card.
Not quite sure I know the answer.
Have you tried rebooting after installing busybox? Shouldn't have an effect but may be an answer?
Does it request root when you install the apk?

Are there any dependencies? I froze a bunch of stuff for things i dont need.
I unfroze everything and it still didnt work. I'm lost.
Dependencies are root and busybox AFAIK.

Should busybox have been installed as part of the rooting process? Ive never seen it before on my phone until it was suggested that i get it. I have been able to install other apps that require root without busy box, and i havent seen it mentioned that it must be downloaded to install safestrap.
motofail installs busybox
I did root through motofail, i never saw busybox in my list of apps or processes.
did you install the moto driver. that could be it.
