Advise on ROM

I am currenlty running the .215 leak that has root, safestrap, wi-fi tether, voodoo OTA. I have no issues, everything is working perfectly, but I like NEW.

Should I stay where I'm at? Flash a new ROM? Which ROM?

First step would be to move up to the official ICS release, .217 not .215. You'll be able to re root and install SS3 and get to flashing roms.

Check out http://goo.im/devs/Hashcode/maserati/ to find some different roms. AOKP, AOSP, and CM10 are all great if you're looking for vanilla jellybean.

If you still like ICS or the look of Motoblur, I recommend looking at MyFishBear's rom server at http://omniimpact.com/android/roms/myfishbear/? Eclipse and his BlurHD are good roms (I'm using BlurHD)

Most if not all vanilla android roms (aosp, aokp, cm10) has little to no bloat. Check to make sure your rom comes with bloat or not. As for a blur system with little bloat, invest in Titanium Backup and go to town freezing apps you don't want.
