wife's batt stats

Before ics ota everything was fine, now this thing eats the batt up and runs hot. I may be wrong, but I don't think phone idle and should eat this much. She is a very light user during the day. Any ideas?

Sounds like ics for the d4 is like 211 ics for the razr. Use smart actions battery extender, turn down screen brightness, turn off 4g until you need it.

I just installed LTE on off for her and set to 3g only. I'll try the smart action as well. Thanks for reply.

No problem. On the battery extender, just set it to kill background sync.. in my experience, if you have it kill data, it eats more juice.


Also, delete the motion rule, so try it set as, when screen is off, and not charging...

It kills background data sync.

So when your screen is off, you won't receive emails, pic messages.. stuff like that. But as soon as your screen is turned on, you'll get your notifications.
