Running hash codes ICS an got the D4 over clocked to 1430 MHz an running stable an frickin fast as hell phone becomes unstable at 1450 MHz I haven't tried 1440 MHz but i will to see how it runs

Edit: 1440 MHz confirmed working an stable becomes unstable at 1445 MHz

Stress tested it an the temp didn't get higher than 35 Celsius an had only 2 lag spikes in 15 mins of testing but when u use the performance governor u need to be plugged into a wall cuz it kills the battery but my god its fast

WARNING: I only got these cpu speeds on ICS I could only go to 1388 MHz on gingerbread before it became unstable
