About LinkBacksIs there any point in finding and flashing this leaked update? What exactly does it add to the Droid 3? What Gingerbread build does it bring the phone to? Any extra things that could or would be useful? Does it break OTA possibilities (not that, dissappointingly and apparently, I have to worry about that)? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

01-13-2012 06:54 AMI would say no. It was pulled from the update servers as well. Previously, the 6.890 leak eventually became the official update. This time the 7.893 leak was out much longer, and instead of becoming an official leak was pulled from Motorola's update servers.
I don't expect this one to become the next update.Tom Crews

01-13-2012 10:41 AMThanks, tcrews, I kinda figured that. I guess I'll just wait for Hashcode to fix the last few things on his CM9 build. It kind of pisses me off that we haven't had our bootloaders unlocked, also. Especially after it was promised. And Verizon is pissing me off with this as well, but I don't have much choice. This whole world is going to crap...
