    Notification sounds don't play thru wired or BT A2DP headsets...

    Is there a setting that allows notification sounds to play thru headsets and not the phone's speaker only?

    Notification sounds SHOULD be playing through the headset...at least my Droid 3 does.

    Not on mine.

    Doesn't play thru wired headset or bt headset at all.

    Plays on speaker only.

    Its kinda annoying.

    Something is wrong with your phone, I would call Verizon and ask for a replacement. Both my Droid3 as well as my friends Droid 3 plays notification sounds through the headphone jack if something is plugged into it.

    I think I'll just live with it. Really don't want to deal with refurb hell like what I went thru with the DInc.

    Every other aspect of the phone works well and I don't want to trade one problem in for another.
