    My screen backlight never goes off!!

    After assuring that the screen timeout is set to 15 seconds or anything BUT never timeout I set my phone down and after 15 second it just dims...it never actually turns off...what do I do??

    You could try resetting it, if that doesn't fix it then you may just have a faulty device.
