Hi. I pluged my droid 3 to a computer to charge the battery and lost the signal. I took it to motorola and they told me that i lost my IMEI, coz probably i was trying to unlock it, but this is not true.. what should i do. PLEASE HELP!

If you take it to a VZW store, try another one if possible, and they give you trouble, tell them you talked to a tech 2 support person and they said that wasn't the problem. If they still refuse, ask to use one of the courtesy phones that links to VZW and ask to speak to a supervisor, explain your situation and tell them if it's not remedied you will be dropping them when your contract is up. I think you will be happy..
well if it hasn't been connected to verizon since aug, they may not be too helpful

if you want to try to flash sbf, you need to find you system version
menu>settings>about phone> system version is it 890 or 906?
890 use 890 sbf and rsd lite find under my sbf section
906 use 906 one click sbf finf under my droid 3 section

If JuanMa's phone is an XT860, it's not a Verizon phone. Also, Verizon tracks the phone by MEID for the CDMA radio, not IMEI (which is for the GSM radio).
