D3 = headache (lots of reboots)

Short version of my history:

I sold my d2g, in order to "upgrade". Bought a d3. I'm outside usa, so I ordered via ebay. I have 2 phone numbers with 2 different companies. One of them, has good signal quality (movistar), the other just stinks (tigo).

I'm planning to use my D3 with the bad signal company, but in my house, I can't get signal. I tried with the D3, a blackberry, and an old alcatel phone that a friend give to me. The D3, sometimes gets signal, but most of the ti,e if doesn't.

So here it comes the annoying thing. When it lost signal, reboots. And it can happen a lot of times a day. It's pretty annoying!

It tried all 3 official firmwares, and currently I'm on the last one. Also tried:
