    Can't play .wav files on Droid 3

    Corporate emails are forwarded and and can't play them. Do I need to download another player, and if so which one, or is there some other adjustment? Thanks, Fred

    I just searched the market for wave player and some came up--even some free ones. I haven't tried any of them though.
    Do you like uninstallable bloatware?
    It takes about 5 minutes to complain and it's kinda fun. Let's not be complacent!
    Contact Verizon (anonymous w/ fake name if you like)
    Chat/Email/Call Motorola (anonymous if you like)
    Vote for Google issue requires Google login. Just "star" it to vote.

    same issue

    I have the same issue. I did download a couple of the free players that say they play WAV files, but it still did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Check out this issue: Issue 11132 - android - Certain .wav files no longer play after upgrade - Android - An Open Handset Alliance Project - Google Project Hosting

    Looks like a bug. There's a dev on that list that says his player will play waves. Costs 99 cents though.
