    Internet won't work

    I'm completely new to smart phones so I'm not sure what is normal when it comes to internet speed and connectivity, & it's a phone so sure I don't expect it to work like a normal computer.
    Anyways, it's just always unpredictable as to when it will just not work, the "web page requested was not found". Even when I'm at a restaurant and I click to connect to the wifi it won't work. So I'm not sure what's normal and what's not, but is anyone else having trouble with this?
