Completely froze on lock screen, screen off balance

Soo my phone just crashed out of nowhere. I can't even toy with it to restart, I'm pretty sure the lock screen will only show up if it's plugged in.. and also the part where you slide it is a little askew, like around the icons. And it won't budge. Also it says no signal.
So I can't use my phone at all, I've tried charging it for awhile and taking the battery out. This is pretty annoying since I've barely had it for two weeks. Please help

Just wondering. Did you ONLY take the battery out, or did you go through the whole process of a battery pull?

Pull the battery out, and while it's out, hold the power button down for a few seconds. This will clear out the capacitors in the phone. Put the battery back in and turn it on.

However, this doesn't really sound like something that can solved with a battery pull. It might be replacement time for you already.
