Problem Using Corporate Email contacts in Gmail

When selecting a contact from Gmail that comes from my Corporate Email (Exchange) contact list, I've found that that the email address is corrupted and the email cannot be sent. Looking at the Corporate Email contacts in my Contact list, I see that in the email address fields, not only the email address is there, but also the contact name. The same Contact works fine in
Corporate Email, but not Gmail. Gmail contacts just have email addresses in the Contact email address field and work fine.

Has anyone run across this and/or know of a fix? Thanks!!

Installed Touchdown and let it sync contacts with the phone. No problems. Appears to be a bug with the Droid 3 Corporate Email app.
