Email LED Notification

I just got my new Droid 3 in the mail yesterday (kudos to Verizon for the ship time by the way, only took 2 days). On my OG Droid when I got an email or text the LED indicator on the phone would stay lit until I checked the email/text. On the new Droid 3 it blinks once and never comes back on. Is there any way to change this? I went through the settings and didn't see anything. Thanks for any help!

It wasn't supposed to do that on your OG Droid, it should have blinked until you unlocked the screen. The Droid 3 does the same, blinks the LED until you unlock the screen.

light flow (free) from the Market will let you set the LED to stay on (not blink) if that's what you are looking for.

Ha! Really? I swear I have nothing controlling the LED on my Droid 1... Interesting. Thanks for the tip on the LED app. Going to check that out right now!
