Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks to Hashcode, Jonpry, & the rest for all their work on getting the Kexec kernel and CM9 working on the D3. It is much appreciated.

Its still CM9, just with a kexec kernel. Screens are the same as the ones here: [SELFKANG ICS AOSP ROM] CM9/ICS for Droid 3 -- [NIGHTLIES]

While it is smooth and runs quite well. I'm not sure if the battery charges at all. Mine died playing a game then wouldn't go over 5%. Went back to non safe side and charged up. Not sure what's up there, but that and the sound issue are the only things I ran into.

Its so easy going back and forth with safestrap its not too bad trying things out for a few then switching.

I'm gonna figure out how to do what he's saying just to flash this and be able to go back and forth till most of the bugs are worked out, lol
When it says main media audio not working, does this at all refer to netflix or the ringer?
