    Excelent ROM

    My overview of this ROM:

    Positive things:
    - Performs more rapidly and dynamically than the Stock ROM.
    - Themas appearance with desing and very well made and designed.
    - The transition effects left me hallucinating due such efficiency and accuracy.
    - The codec H / W work.
    - Stability is impressionate for an ALPHA version.
    - I do not know if I was the only one. I noticed greater accuracy in GPS.
    - GSM operates in Brazil =D
    - Overclock = D "Well no need to say anything more right"
    - Wi-Fi simply excellent, and really liked to know that it will be possible to use Wi-Fi Direct.

    Bugs and Bad Things:
    - In the APN settings, there is no way to save, create, or import any APN settings (with GSM Pacht That made for kexec installed). By consequence can not use any mobile network .
    - Camera does not work (for now).
    - Less customizable than AOKP
    - H / W codecs for HD videos still need basic adjustments.
    - Proximity sensor still does not work.
    - There are times when the backlight of the keyboard just does not light.
    - Some force closes when using the "Backup Titaniun."
    - Sometimes the physical keyboard simply stops working, so being necessary to restart the D3.

    conclusion:

Really worth using this ROM despite being in phase ALPHA Despite some setbacks. The work of HASH is the best, I would love to thank you personally for your valuable work and hours spent on behalf of people like me, owners of good devices, but slaves and dependent companies like Motorola. Anyway despite being in ALPHA stage and some bugs, I will continue using this ROM as the main system of my beloved D3.

    Sorry for the bad English.
    Thanks HASH.

I rarely use DF on the desktop and mainly use Tapatalk, so if I don't or can't see something in your sig, a vid, or a pic, don't blame me!!!

I'm using Steel Droid 5.6, it's an ICS ROM, with a working camera, not a GB based ROM.

The CM9 ROM I have doesn't have a functioning camera, do you have link to the one you're using?

If anyone could get that working I'd be extremely happy. I'm looking to upgrade in a few months, but I'm always gonna be in pursuit of great ROMs for all of my devices.

What attracts me to AOKP is the number of options that we can perform customization, but also in the rest I prefer Cyanogen because he is most stable

Unfortunately, hash hasn't rebuilt the non-KEXEC trains of code. I did stick the few binaries I had saved online:

    Index of /solana/cm9

    Use at your own risk.

    The downside's of a GB kernel-based ICS/JB ROM are:

No Chrome / or any other RenderScript-based apps
GB-based PowerVR drivers make the UI quite laggy
    No YouTube HD / Netflix
No camera related OS featueres like Google Goggles, Barcode readers, etc
Old wifi drivers which don't work well w/ ICS/JB
    etc..

But the basic camera *does* work in the GB build.

Just sayin. Now, I am going to agree 100% that the kexec build isn't there yet. But it does have a bright future.

PS. I'll be jumping back into the kexec stuff soon.
