To install: Download Droid 3 Bootstrap(http://goo.gl/YtMdr). Install on your D3, then allow the app SU permissions. Then click install recovery.
To access recovery.
-Power off
-Hold down "M" on the keyboard and press the power button.
-Navigate to "BP Tools" (volume up selects)
-Should boot into a blue CWR
*You need a biggish version of busybox to install CWR, if you used Pzouza4's one click root, you should be fine.
Currently Not Supported In This Version (should be added/fixed within a week)
-ROM Flashing
-USB Mount while in recovery
Currently Working: Everything else

Question. Will the next update that's expected to have ROM options need a full re-install of CWM or just an upgrade?
I'm trying to determine if I should wait a week (or so) or not.
Sent from my D3, rooted and looking for ROM's
biggest thing this gives us right now is that we can create backups (image snapshots) of our device. so once you have the phone with all the settings and such as you like it, you can create a backup. then if you brick the phone, just fast-boot back to stock, root, cm recovery, restore backup.
oh and even if it requires a full re-install, it has an uninstall option built into the app so its a no fuss change over.
