Lookout app

I have this app installed. It seems to use a lot of battery power, and I cannot seem to unistall. Is it worth it due to its security features?

I have used Lookout Security & Antivirus, for a while, don't know if it's necessary
I like it, don't think it uses a lot of power
as far a uninstalling it may be set as a device administrator under menu/settings/location & Security settings
needs to be remove from there first
