Notification Ringtones Resetting

I got an OTA upgrade yesterday, on version 4.5.629.A956, and now my notification ringtones aren't working. By not working I mean that I have some sounds I downloaded that I use for system alerts and sms notifications. However, every so often, the ring tones stop working and the device seems to assign a random sound file.

If I leave them alone and on a preset tone it's fine. I've noticed it most when connecting a PC. (I only have one charger at home, and I use the USB connection to charge my phone at work, which brings up other issues I won't cover here.)

So, my question is, has anyone else run into this? And if so, are there known issues with different sound types in notifications folders?

Still happening, surely I can't be the only one who downloads or imports sounds as ring tones and has it break like this.
