I'be spent an hour on the phone with Vz tech support. Disabled WiFi, shut phone off, removed/replaced battery, powered up phone, updated roaming capabilities, raised max of pictures to 100 to store, checked for phone updates (no update available) and nothing helped it begin to work. Vz told me I would have to reset phone back to factory & "maybe" it would work again. Haven't been able to send/receive since late November.. just called today to see why. Anyone had this problem and solved it without factory reset? Think this happened after a software phone update, but not sure!
