Droid 2 Global Screen Part Out Help

Hi everyone my name Sal, and I am new to this forum as you can see.
i have a noob question. since i am getting a new droid phone i was going to take apart my droid 2 global. and i was wondering if there is any way to connect DR2G to a bigger screen?
i was thinkin maybe a bigger lcd i can get and replace it? will it work? or is there anything that will convert the lcd connection to rca or hdmi etc..
any help will help.
its going to be a weekend project or when i have free time. so yea any help will help. and also please dont hesitate to ask if you didnt underestand what i am asking for
