    USB malfunction Motorola droid2 global

    I get Ian malfuction error when I connect my phone to my winxp, tried a diffent PC and I still get the error.
    Did the restore to factory setting, downloaded the driver needed and still no results.
    After the reset downloaded the system update but it failed to install did that twice and it always fails to install the system update.
    Can't get the compter to recognize my phone so I can do an sbf.
