    No power after reassembling Droid 2 Moto A955

    Had a cracked Digitizer on Motorola Droid 2. After replacing Digitizer, phone doesn't have any power. I followed all the steps reassembling the phone and now it doesn't have any power. Switched my battery with a fully charged known working battery from another Droid 2 n still no power. I'm not sure if it's my main circuit board or is it some sensor or connector I'm not properly connecting. ANYBODY FAMILIAR WITH TAKING THIS PHONE APART, please assist.
