Winamp - wireless sync wont work

Ive had this working without issue in the past and used to transfer music to my D2 all the time. I recently did a hard reset and now my D2 wont show up in winamp. It seemed like an easy setup and I followed the step by step how to wirelessly sync the device. Im connected to my wifi and have full signal, Ive made sure wireless sync is enabled and I have winamp on my pc. When I go to the devices and hit Discover, nothing happens.
Does anyone have any tips/pointers?

I do have syncing enabled but nothing shows up. The more I looked into the issue, I realsed I wasnt hitting the internet at all. Im connected to my wifi with a strong signal, but thats it, I cant hit the internet, sync my device or anything. Its like its connected but cant do anything. I noticed this happened right after I factory reset and see some others are having similar problems...
