    Music player isn't working

    It just keeps saying "this player does not support this file's format," or something like that anyway. I haven't downloaded anything in a while. I just noticed that my ringtone wasn't working when a call came in. The files are still there but they don't work. They all came from mytinyphone.com. Help please
