RSD Lite Keeps Not Responding

As the title says.

I open up RSD Lite, I tried both 5.3 and 5.4 and upon click anything, it goes into (Not Responding) for 5 seconds, then responds for 5 seconds, then goes to (Not Responding) for 5 seconds, etc.

What am I doing wrong? :/

Use RSD Lite 4.9. I think 5.3 and 5.4 are for newer motorola devices.
