    droid 2 newbie. upgrade quesion

    what is the easiest way to upgrade my droid 2 to the newest rom or os or whatever you call it? can i do it without rooting it? i need step by step if anyone can help..... thanks I am running 2.2

    The latest is Android version 2.2, and VZW 2.3.20. If you want anything newer, you have to root.
