No matter what gingerbread ROM I install, I cannot have working Bluetooth voice?

I have a Blueant Interphone F4 headset. I can get audio to work and it streams just fine. But there is absolutely NO working voice over Bluetooth.

What happens is when I had Froyo, and made a call over Bluetooth I could see the Bluetooth button lit up. The button that is next to the mute button while in a call. Now- on ANY gingerbread ROM including Zombiestomped, the Bluetooth button won't light up. So even though I am paired with my Bluetooth headset and can clearly hear music streaming through it- when I make or receive a call, all sound is transferred to the phone. Meaning that the call is routed through the phone and NOT my headset.

What is the problem here? Everyone else says theirs works just fine. Why is mine not working?

I can confirm that the issue is NOT with my headset, as I just paired it with a Droid X2 and it worked fine with Bluetooth phone calls.

So it ONLY the GB ROMs that don't work.
