Paid donation no response from team defuse

I very recently made donationto team diffuse for.Fission Rom Manager and after encountering a problem downloading FRM I attempted several times to.contact them via donation@asylum7studios.com ..What I got instead of assistance was repeated rejected email notices and finally a.message from google that the recipient had blacklisted me from their server!! All I know is they have my money and I got nothing in return..I will.contact my bank to refute the.charge and they will seek legal.action against them. Glen whatever your name , ur a bogus jerk!

Team DeFuse has handled themselves in a professional manner and I would like to be honest with you I know Angdroid was away for a bit. Iwould give them a chance before seeking legal action and adding frustrations to your life. I understand money is money and it doesn't come easy but I believe the team is going through some transitions and I personally want to see them going again. I run fussion on my droid x and couldn't be happier. What sort of issues were you having? Maybe someone here on the forum can help.

so you donate money then want it back? i'm pretty sure thats not how donations work. thats like donating to a charity then if they dont do something for you, you get mad and ask for the money back. (yes i know its not a charity but a donation is a donation)

I would of blacklisted you as well talking like that lol did you send them numerous emails without having enough patience to wait for a reply???

If I was a developer and checked my email and had a bunch of emails from the same person calling me a jerk why would reply? Lol

Did you bother to read the OP?

They were unable to download the Rom Manager and got No Assistance in the matter.

So the OP is in his right to request a refund after they donated and could not download the Rom Manager which the donation was for.
