    D2 - SBF Flashing 2.3.2

    Just wondering, after flashing: VRZ_A955_2.3.20_1FF_01.sbf

    My About Phone says:
    System Version:
    Verizon.2.3.20.A955.Verizon.en.US

    Android Version:
    2.2

    My question:
    Doesn't feel like anything is new here! Am I upgraded to Gingerbread or not? xD

    No you just put your phone to stock. Gingerbread is 2.3.3. Google "gingerbread monster file" and then flash (install) that. You need to be rooted though.

    Looks like the file with the OTA that came out between Froyo and Gingerbread.

    This is what I thought. So, the Gingerbread Monster File is a .zip so there's no SBF to flash correct?

    Correct. There are two different version though. A rooted version and a unrooted version.

    How can I upgrade to gingerbread? Mine days 2.2.1 and I'm using liberty 2.0.1 with Oreo slice please help me with very in depth instructions bc I'm not a noob but at the same time I am lol

    Dl the 2 part files from this link. Boot into clockwork and wipe data/cache. Install part 1. Then install part 2. Don't reboot inbetween! After part 2,reboot and you'll be on rooted gb
