    If your D2 gets damaged.

    I purchased my D2 right before they phased it out and replaced it with the D2 Global. All I really want to know is that if I ended up breaking this phone somehow, would it get replaced with the original D2 or would they replace it with another Droid phone?

    It will probably be replaced with a D2G. It's unlikely it will be replaced with another model.

    You will get a D2G also last time I called the D2 was out of stock and my wife got a D3.

    I turned my D2 into asurion a month or so ago and received a refurbed D2 NOT a D2G.
